· Day 1 Monday: Arrival to Male International Airport, Dhoni transfer to the MV Yasawa Princess for overnight.
· Day 2 Tuesday: Morning leisurely cruise to a sandbank near to island Maniyafushi for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. During the afternoon enjoy a cruise across the channel to Ari Atoll. Night fishing will take place in the early evening, with time at leisure after dinner. There will be a check dive in the morning for Scuba Divers.
· Day 3 Wednesday: Spend a full day on the uninhabited island of Meerufenfushi, which has a reef to snorkel, and crystal clear waters for swimming. After lunch on board the ship, you can further enjoy what nature has to offer on the uninhabited island. For divers there is 1 local dive in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
· Day 4 Thursday: This morning clients get to relax on a tranquil sandbank, which is close to the resort island of Dhiggiri, the uninhabited island in Ari Atoll. A leisurely few hours of swimming, snorkeling and relaxing, and totally at one with the surrounding environment. During the afternoon, there will be a visit to the local Maldivian island of Hagnameedhoo – where you can get a glimpse of the serene way of life for this unique island nation. Divers will have 2 dives.
· Day 5 Friday: The morning takes us to the picnic island of Theluveligaa – definitely a day for chilling out – sun umbrellas provided for that vital shade, great snorkeling to be had, and a lovely Picnic lunch to give you sustenance! In the evening, everyone is invited to Captains Dinner on board the ship. Dives are available morning and afternoon.
· Day 6 Saturday: Saturday offers a wonderful full day on the uninhabited island of Dhiggiri. Spend the day snorkeling, sunbathing and swimming, and there is use of the glass bottom boat to see the fish. A delightful Picnic lunch on the island is included, and a wonderful beach barbeque is set up in the evening! Another perfect day in paradise!
· Day 7 Sunday: Set sail in the morning to head back to Male, and stop at a sandbank en route for last swim and snorkel. Return to Male’ for shopping and sightseeing in the afternoon. Slide show of the best photographs of the week.
· Day 8 Monday: After a leisurely breakfast, transfer by dhoni back to the airport for international departure flight.
** Please note Monday is a Changeover day – for clients staying 2 weeks who do not want to stay on the ship, an optional, excursion can be arranged to Kuda Bandos **
South Cruise
· Day 1 Monday: Arrive Male International Airport for overnight aboard Yasawa Princess.
· Day 2 Tuesday: The morning sees a leisurely cruise to a sandbank near Maafushi for snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing. Lunch will be on board the ship. During the afternoon the YP will be cruising across the Atoll Channel to Vaavu Atoll, so sit back and relax – watch out for flying fish and dolphins! Once anchored for the night, there will be a night fishing trip at sunset, followed by buffet dinner on board. There will be a check dive in the morning for Scuba Divers.
· Day 3 Wednesday: Sail to tourist resort of Dhiggiri Island where the whole day can be spent snorkeling, sunbathing and swimming. Lunch will be back on the ship, after which you can return to the resort, use the facilities and relax. Night fishing is the evening excursion and dinner back on board to reflect on the days’ events! AM and PM dives available.
· Day 4 Thursday: During a leisurely breakfast, cruise to the picnic island of Vashogiri in Vaavu Atoll, where we spend the whole day at leisure for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. A picnic lunch will be served on the island, and a glass bottom boat will also be available to take out and enjoy sights of the underwater world. During the late afternoon, its back on board the ship, this will take a leisurely sail back towards South Male Atoll. AM and PM dives available.
· Day 5 Friday: The morning is spent on a lovely natural sandbank near the island of Maadhoofinolhu, for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing, after which lunch will be served on board the ship. In the afternoon we have a trip to the local island of Guraidhoo, where we’re able to get a glimpse of the unique Maldivian way of life! During the evening, we hold the weekly Captains dinner, and reflect on the cruise so far in good company with new found friends! AM and PM dives available.
· Day 6 Saturday: Saturday is a full day with nature on the picnic uninhabited island of Maadhoofinolhu- relax, swim sunbathe and watch the vast horizon of the Indian Ocean in tranquil surroundings. A picnic lunch will be served on the island. Late afternoon is back to the ship to freshen up, and get ready for the wonderful and fun beach BBQ served on the island!
· Day 7 Sunday: Set sail in the morning and stop at a sandbank en route for last swim and snorkel. Return to Male’ for shopping and sightseeing in the afternoon. Slide show of the best photographs of the week, and final farewell buffet dinner.
· Day 8 Monday: After a leisurely breakfast, transfer by dhoni back to the airport for international departure flight.
